Where authentic cooking meets cultural storytelling in a hands-on experience

A JOURNEY ROOTED IN HERITAGE

Born and raised in Kandy, Sri Lanka, Chef Chaminda's career spans luxury hotel kitchens in Dubai and culinary operations in Fort McMurray and Edmonton, Alberta, allowing him to develop a style that fuses traditional Sri Lankan flavors with global cuisine.

Sri Lanka, the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean", has a culinary history stretching back centuries. During the 17th and 18th centuries, it was a central hub in the spice trade, attracting Portuguese, Dutch, and British influences while nurturing indigenous culinary traditions.

Today, Sri Lankan food is celebrated for its aromatic spices, coconut-based curries, and vibrant flavors that balance history, culture, and community.
